chill…but don’t freeze
As much as I blog and surf the net, I am not fit to work yet.
First, I face the laptop only if I have rested long enough and only when I feel like doing so. Not when I needed to. Second, I face the laptop for a maximum of 2 hours straight. I rest in intervals. Not more than 8 hours straight. Third, I face the laptop letting my mind wander where it strays. Not forcing myself to think.
And believe me, I am a happy smiling person. But don’t assume I can take all the stress just because.
Besides, my doctor said another three weeks bed rest. So, chill!
