Today, after hearing Sunday mass, we went to do some groceries. Hubby pointed some luggage telling me he could use it in case his business trip pushes through. I told him not to get excited, and just scout when the trip has been finalized.

BG had fun eating the free-taste chocolate muffins. She kept going back for more. The funny thing was when we got the muffins to add to our cart, she no longer wanted them.

There were several chips in our cart that we didn’t purchase. We noticed them on our way to the parking lot, after we have passed security. Yes, we sort of panicked. We asked around how that happened. Shop-lifting isn’t our thing, even just for fun. Guess what? They’re free from the soda we bought.

As planned, hubby and I went out last Friday. The original plan was a date, just the two of us. But it was already 8pm and I was still working. Plus I was busy looking for Los Angeles jobs online. So instead of a dinner date, we went out with friends for a late night fun.

I’ve been holding off alcohol for more than a year now. I was always worrying about its effect in case I’m pregnant. Alas, it has been more than a year now since I last breastfed BG and free to have some alcohol in my system, I am still not pregnant. Haha.

I’m telling you, at the first sip of my ice cold beer, it felt like I’ve released all the stress (I got from my work). The sad thing though, after just 3 bottles of beer, I was drunk. That’s ok because as hubby has always said, we’re not 21 anymore. (Ok, honestly, even when I was younger, I can only handle 4-5 bottles of beer. Beyond that, I’d start throwing up.)

Now I’m ready for Monday.
