should start watching my weight
I have been eating a lot lately. Sometimes, I do even when not hungry but just plain bored. And now, I could feel the consequences, aka added pounds.
For one, I have no motivation to lose weight. No more swimming vacation to go to. Second, I noticed that I’ve been craving for soda more often than ever. Hubby and I have been planning to go back to the gym. It’s been years that I last used an elliptical or treadmill. If only, the gym could be more inviting than the comforts of our bed.
Just give me another month. I’ll start July 1st. No promises, though.
