beach weddings

Did you notice how affordable to fly to great places these days? Plus, if you are one of the frequent fliers, you earn points which give you more free trips of your choice. I’ve told this to my cousin who is getting married next year. They had been researching about destination weddings and been eyeing Mexico as their wedding venue. It would be easy to invite family and friends to attend their wedding.

I suggested the Karisma Hotels where the couple can tie the knot on the beach, with the sunset as the backdrop. Yes, you might think it could only happen in movies but Karisma Hotels could make it possible for you. After the perfect wedding, the couple will stay at any of the honeymoon suites with in-room Jacuzzis. Wouldn’t that be just perfect?

…and, there’s hope

My husband just told me it’s possible (but not 100% sure yet) that he could come with the entire family to Hongkong for our vacation this October. Their departure date has been moved a week later. I was so happy hearing it and got motivated again to self-study photography to “cover” our trip.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed, well, that he’d be able to join… and that I’d be able to capture the moments. :)

taking photos in gloomy days

Are you like me who, in a rainy and gloomy days (like today), gets discouraged to take any pictures? But tonight, I’ve read that the best time to take black and white pictures is when the lights are low. So next time heavy rain pours, I will definitely practice shooting raw for possible terrific photos.
