one step at a time
I’ve been trying to shed off the extra pounds. I don’t expect a miracle but I wish my face and arms would look as thin as 5 years ago. I’m still thinking if I should start taking weight loss pills. Today, during brunch, I lessened my rice intake. And around 3pm, I was craving for something to pair up with coffee. I am no fan of sweets whenever I’m hungry, but this afternoon was an exception. I had a sweet chocolate laced doughnuts and one sweet coffee. Tsk tsk.
Good thing though that when dinnertime came, I had lost appetite and just chose to eat a fruit basket. Now, that’s what I call progress.
