sorry, no live stream.

Earlier today, I hurriedly looked for a live stream of the Pacquiao – Cotto match. I typed frantically that I was afraid my laptop couldn’t take the rush. I browsed the forums, nothing. I waited patiently at Twitter and Facebook for anyone to share a link to a live stream, nothing. In the end, I accepted the fact that I’ll be learning of the results first, then watch the match an hour later. It’s ok, really. I was eager to wait knowing Manny Pacquiao won! Congrats Manny! Bravo!

he’s just not into it.

My husband is so lucky! He visited the palace and cathedral in Krakow. I was so envious! I love taking pictures of structures and what’s better than palaces and cathedrals? His officemates were just happy to take pictures with their digital cameras. And I was equally glad that my husband, who’s just too uninterested to take pictures, took some! Still, I know he would have taken better photos with our SLR, which in his opinion was too heavy and bulky for his trip. Wasn’t that just a little price to pay for high definition photos? Oh well. He wouldn’t understand. He’s just not into it.

Mikee’s happy to chat with her daddy.

Today the daughter and I chatted with the husband. He was missing our daughter so much that he requested to see her using the webcam. But just in time that Mikee started smiling (with a little bit of dancing) in front of the webcam, my sister and brother-in-law came to fetch us. We were going to my parents’ house. So the chat was cut short.

When we arrived our parents’ house, I looked for their webcam. I was told though that the computer had been reformatted, deleting the driver for their webcam (which wasn’t plug-and-play) so my brother had to look for the driver installer. While waiting for that to be installed, the husband shared and explained the concept of virtualization services. He had been reading about it.

At first, Mikee didn’t want to go in front of the computer and webcam when she was just hearing her daddy call her. Maybe, she found it weird that she hasn’t seen her daddy for a long time, and she had to talk to him on the computer. She only got excited when her daddy started sharing to view his webcam as well. (He was installing too that time.) She was so happy to see her daddy!

Aaaw, don’t worry, Mikee. Just two more weeks to go…
