Hubby’s department will be having a family day at the Enchanted Kingdom on October 25th. I was happy when I learned about it. Then while browsing for good moving companies, I suddenly remember that Mikee will have a Halloween treat at their school on the same day. Mikee can’t miss that. I know it would be fun. And I have bought a nice costume for her. I wonder if hubby would be ok with the idea of going to the theme park late in the afternoon after Mikee’s class. Well, let’s see.

Hubby asked me why my blogs are broken. I raised an eyebrow saying “huh?” then he showed me and yes, all 3 blogs are broken (I’m using the same theme for my 3 blogs). I realized that it’s because I’m using IE7 and FF that I didn’t see this. Hubby is using IE6.

Geez, I hope I can find time to have this fixed soon. Hopefully this weekend.

My hubby received comments that he looks like the former child star Nino Muhlach even in his younger years. I, myself, think that he does sometimes.

Although, I often tease him to take some DNA testing, he’s not really a look-alike but yes, they have facial similarities. And who knows? He could be a cousin of the famous Aga Muhlach. He then can join showbiz. Then I could be chummy chums with Charlene Gonzales. Hahaha. Kidding.

It’s Friday again! Hubby and I will go out with his team mates tonight to celebrate his (and another teammate’s) birthday in advance. Hubby has been asking me if I can come or not. You see, I told him I am unsure because Mikee has been guarding me. Hahaha. I told him I’d come if Mikee would let me.

As planned, hubby and I went out last Friday. The original plan was a date, just the two of us. But it was already 8pm and I was still working. Plus I was busy looking for Los Angeles jobs online. So instead of a dinner date, we went out with friends for a late night fun.

I’ve been holding off alcohol for more than a year now. I was always worrying about its effect in case I’m pregnant. Alas, it has been more than a year now since I last breastfed Mikee and free to have some alcohol in my system, I am still not pregnant. Haha.

I’m telling you, at the first sip of my ice cold beer, it felt like I’ve released all the stress (I got from my work). The sad thing though, after just 3 bottles of beer, I was drunk. That’s ok because as hubby has always said, we’re not 21 anymore. (Ok, honestly, even when I was younger, I can only handle 4-5 bottles of beer. Beyond that, I’d start throwing up.)

Now I’m ready for Monday.

Speaking of birthdays, hubby’s is coming up soon. I still haven’t thought of a nice gift for him. No, he doesn’t read this blog so I don’t have to worry him finding out about my plan. Hehe. I’m thinking, how about an xbox 360? He’d be thrilled. He likes playing on weekends to unwind. But this will depend on the budget.

I’ve thought of what food to prepare though. Just the usual guy’s birthday menu that would complement beer I guess. Yes, beer for his friends and cousins.

Oh, by the way, he’ll be on leave on his birthday. I guess I could take a leave too.
