Yesterday, my Old Navy loots arrived! I was so excited. I was high, even.

But Mikee didn’t want to try them on. But after some time, she tried them. She loved the fuchsia/pink backless dress. I was trying to take a picture, but she was having too much fun, dancing around, I couldn’t take a clear shot.

She fell asleep wearing the dress. Too bad I wasn’t able to take picture ‘coz when I was about to, the digicam had no more charge. Tsk, tsk.

Remember this is just part 1. I am still waiting for:
- Aquadoodle wall mat I got from Allaboardtoys
- Tickle Me Ernie from Etoys
- 2 sets of matching swimsuits and flipflops for Mikee plus gold ballet shoes for her (that matches my gold ballet shoes I got from Zara) all from Old Navy too.

Online shopping can be so addicting!

Hubby’s department will be having a family day at the Enchanted Kingdom on October 25th. I was happy when I learned about it. Then while browsing for good moving companies, I suddenly remember that Mikee will have a Halloween treat at their school on the same day. Mikee can’t miss that. I know it would be fun. And I have bought a nice costume for her. I wonder if hubby would be ok with the idea of going to the theme park late in the afternoon after Mikee’s class. Well, let’s see.

Yes, I am so BUSY today with a capital B… With work, of course. I need to finish all these soon because we are in tight schedule plus I am on leave next Monday. This is so that I can rest after two days of partying (Twitter EB and MBAP party, no, it won’t be hard partying but since these are family-oriented parties, I’m pretty sure I’d be dead tired). Hubby works from home on Mondays so he can rest too.

Anyway, Mikee has runny nose. So I kept giving her water. She loves drinking Del Monte Fit ‘n Right Four Seasons but since this has L-Carnitine this is really NOT recommended for toddlers. So what I did was, buy Del Monte Four Seasons in cans (without the L-Carnitine, just the simple fibrous juice) and pour its contents to a Fit ‘n Right bottle and add some water. Viola! Mikee loves drinking her juice!

It’s Friday again! Hubby and I will go out with his team mates tonight to celebrate his (and another teammate’s) birthday in advance. Hubby has been asking me if I can come or not. You see, I told him I am unsure because Mikee has been guarding me. Hahaha. I told him I’d come if Mikee would let me.

Mikee doesn’t eat any strange food yet. Although she loves hotdogs, chicken, french fries, banana and chocolates. I think she loves eating. Haha. Although we try to limit her intake of chips which she has come to like too.

Let me just share with you a picture of her eating spaghetti. She doesn’t really like anyone helping her when she eats. And sometimes too, she’d rather use her hands instead of spoon and fork.

God is good.

Mikee’s feeling better now. Yes, she was demanding today but my work wasn’t. So I guess there’s a bit of a balance here. ‘Coz I might go crazy and snap back at the client if they start being unreasonable. I was able to watch closely Mikee’s meds, food and fluid intake.

We are going to the pedia tomorrow morning. And yes, I’m still working at this hour. So let me rephrase that. We are going to the pedia later this morning.
But I still thank God for giving me a job that lets me stay with Mikee at home when she’s sick.
